Emmanuel Patrick is a Financial Analytics Specialist and certified accountant — CPA (T) and ACCA Affiliate — currently completing an MSc in Finance and Investment at the Institute of Accountancy Arusha, expected December 2026. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the Institute of Finance Management, Dar es Salaam.

Since 2023 he has worked as a Tax Management Officer in Dar es Salaam, analysing taxpayer financial statements and large volumes of transactional data to assess compliance, identify discrepancies and risk indicators, and prepare the analytical reports that inform assessments. Before that, he held accountant roles at Duke Tanzania Limited and LCH Builders — reconciliations, statutory filings, budget-versus-actual analysis, and year-end audit preparation.

He pairs that grounding with Power BI, SQL, Python and R. The result is analytics built by someone who has kept the books, filed the returns, and prepared the audit file — so the dashboards and models reflect how finance actually works, not just how the data looks.
